Default weight gainer??

Hey guys, my weight at the moment is 180 and it seems to me that if i could gain some mass that my bench and squats could probably increase in weight, am i right?? If so, what weight gainers have you tried and what's your personal opinion on them???

Personally, I don't get caught up on what the scale says. The only scale reading that matters is the one measuring the weight of my bar (if i weighed it on a scale that is :P). I'm a lean 175lbs right now and I'm stronger than I was at 190lbs! That being said, the only mass that matters is muscle mass. Being 10lbs heavier and not gaining a lick of muscle won't help increase anything but your waist size.

I did the whole weight gainer thing before and IMHO you're better off with a regular whey taken at the right time.

"Shut up and squat!"

"NO, this is my squat rack. Go get your own!"
