Default What is best way to take citrulline malate

There are a bunch of ways to get both, which is best? cheapest? Just trying to search through them all is giving me a headache and just want to find out the best and chepest way. I intend to take b vitamins with it and possibly l-carnitine, so if there is something that works with all three of those together please let me know. Thanks.

I take it mid workout with my waximaize and bca's. It seems to work pretty well this way. Many people take it pre-workout but you can experiment and see what works best for you.

cheapest way is to pick up bulk powder, personally I like nutraplanet. I usually use 3g pre, 3g durring, and possible a gram or two after.
