| Rank: New Member Experience: 2-3 Years | i just wanna know what the best protein shake is. ive been using muscle milk for awhile, and its really increased my endurance, and helped me put on size. My only concern with it is the level of fat and calories. im j/w are there any other shakes that help put on size and strength just as well but without all the high calories? and if so should i just take a creatine supplement with it, because there isnt that ingredient that increases creatine production? |

| Rank: New Member | If Muscle Milk is working for you than why do you wish to change? Why fix what is not broken? Perhaps the extra calories are in fact helping with your gains. The fat in muscle milk is in the form of MCT oils which is known as 'good' fat so don't fret. I didn't understand your question about creatine use... |
