| Rank: Lightweight Experience: > 1 Year | Muscle milk is mostly casein. It has a lot of fat in it. And the carbs are high GI. Muscle milk is okay to take in the mornings. It is a shitty post workout protein in my opinion. Read the "How to Cut" sticky in the fatloss forum. I'm not familiar with hydroxylean. Post your routine and diet somewhere if you haven't already...that will dictate what you can do. Not any supplements. |

| The longest I've been on MuscleMilk was for about 2 months. The shake is very thick and creamy-ish. It has a lot of fat in it. Don't use Muscle Milk if you want to have the cut body. At times, I felt like my head was going to explode after every flight of stairs I walked up. But they have MuscleMilk light now, which is a lot healthier. It's your call. Other than that, it's a good supplement. |
