| Moderator Rank: Light Heavyweight Experience: 7-10 Years | I highly recommend you supplement it. Creatine causes some water retention, making your muscles appear fuller. Once your muscles are loaded with creatine, it takes about a month before they loose that level of saturation. Going off creatine will cause your muscles to lose some water retention. However, creatine also helps your strength and endurance to lift heavier weight. Heavy weight builds muscle, so after your supplementation, you'll have gained more muscle than if you haven't taken it at all. Plus, creatine is very cost effective. I can buy 3 months worth for about $10. Just mix 5-10 grams in grape juice after your workout. Just promise me you won't buy GNC monohydrate! Go with either optimum nutrition or prolab creatine mono. |
