Thats cool dude. Wal-mart never sold me a supplement that i thought was worth a crap. I'd rather spend my money on food anyways.

My bowels are great actually I take acidophilus and enzymes. Didnt mean to offend with my candor just bein honest about my beatiful experiences with fortress products.

Well, I'm with you on that. I'd rather put my money on food as well. It was the sockeye salmon I was referring too, not the BF.

But I notice you didn't bother saying whether you were loading it. There is usually a reason for anything. If you don't like it, don't want it, etc. that is absolutely up to you and fine to boot. But don't expect people not to use something based on that unless you are willing to back it up. For instance you haven't mentioned any other creatine mono products. Instead you've mentioned designer creatines while at the same time implying that creatine is worthless in your opinion. You also, as I stated, didn't respond to whether you were taking "loading" amounts. All of this just doesn't add up to much.

It comes down to what seems like a knee-jerk reaction to very limited experience with creatine.

I know quite a bit about creatine actually. When i think back and every other time i've had with creatine. I've loade for what i believe was 4 grams 4 times a day for 4 days and then i maintained with 5 grams a day after that. It caused me more problems than it helped such as the bloating stomach discomfort and so on. The only creatine i felt workin for me was the kre alkylyn by ultimate. It's ph balanced so that probably had something to do with it. Over all though I feel that for me creatine is'nt needed.

Just train hard get enough protein, get enough sleep, some b vitamins, some c, thow in some omegas like flax, fish or hempseed and you basically got what you need right there. Works for me. I try to keep things simple these days.

From that post the problem isn't the creatine...its the way you're taking it. Of course there's a huge chance you're going to run into problems when you're taking upwards of 16grams per day. Take 5 grams a day without the loading phase and I bet you'll be fine

On the creatine front, dont ever load, its a complete waste of creatine. "PH Balance" is a marketing gimmic, and you really dont need anything but mono and a glucose carrier to see results from it. Brands mean very little, mono is mono, as long as you trust the company that your buying from to not have a shit ton of fillers and garbage in there.

i just got creatine today, so i really only need to take it 1 time a day? which would be 5 g (5,000 mg). Says a teaspoon with juice or some kind of glucose.

I also been told to do a loading phase...

What you all think?
