Question What's The Difference?

Hi everyone, my name is teddy and I'm turning 20 on late-dec this year. I'm real skinny and underweight (163cm,45kg) and would like to bulk up a little bit to look better (maybe like a model?).

I have started gym-training for about 3 months and results are seen. however, i dont think I have grown bigger at all. I have never tried supplements before and would like to know more about the following:-

1. what is the differences between Protein Whey, Creatine & Mass Gainer?

2. According to my photos in my signature & profile, which type of supplements should I take?

Frequency & Intensity has no problem to me. Exercises & workout is fine with me but I have total no idea about supplements.

My friend told me that I should take Mass Gainer. So anyone mind enlighten me about my queries?

PS: i have done research over the internet at bodybuilding.com about which age should take which supplements but the link wasnt available now...

Supplements "supplement or compliment" a solid DIET and training program. I could recommend a fist-full of supplements for you, but they won't give you the results you want.

If you could post your diet and training routine, I can put a hundred times more mass on you than telling you which supplements to take.

BTW, I've been to Singapore before.. Beautiful place, very clean.
