Whats your favorite protien shake?

Ive been using the muscle milk and i love it.

My favorite is True Protein's cold filtration whey isolate (with aminogen). Goes down smooth and doesn't leave me feeling uncomfortably full. The isolate I only use pre/postworkout..For throughout the day, I resort to ON 100% whey cause it's cheap.

It's a toss up for me with either the strawberry ON whey or the Isopure protein drinks. I like the Isopure drinks that are already in liquid form in the glass bottles but they are just to expensive. Drinking em this week though during finals because I ran outta protein and have my next shipment sent back home.

True Protein ion-exchange (with aminogen). I can put three scoops in a glass, stir it with a spoon, and still have it dissolve without a trace.

I get the big 5lb tub of ON double-rich chocolate. It's not so nasty tasting that I can keep it down, and it's pretty good as far as protein vs. sodium and cholesterol. I tried the ISO vanilla and chocolate, both made me want to hurl pretty much instantly. Right now my buddy had a leftover tub of rocky road ON protein that he dumped the remainder of his ISO chocolate into. It doesn't taste too bad.

I really like nitro-tech, I just started using PROBOLIC-SR , it is really good and delicious in vanilla.

I like ON Whey Chocolate or Vanilla and Milk Muscle Cookies and Cream or Bananna Strawberry.

I have not tried True Protein's cold filtration whey isolate (with aminogen).

I have used Designer Protien WPI for forever, and it works well.

Currently using ON's 100% whey, and i'm diggin that too.

Muscle Milk tastes awesome, but I stay away from 'wieght gainer' products because i like to control the amount of carbs that are in my postworkout drink.
