Gender: | Pre meaning before you work out. Post meaning after you work out. You want to drink a protein shake immediantly after you work out. You will also want to make sure you have at least 50gms of dextrose in that shake. You may have some in there already if you purchased a weight gainer. You could also mix it with grape juice. |

| Moderator Rank: Light Heavyweight Experience: 7-10 Years | If you want to stretch out your weightgainer then try and buy some 100% whey as well. 70 servings is $38. Here's what I do. Serious Mass has 2 scoops in a serving. So just use one big scoop of that and another big scoop of 100% whey and mix them. This way you get about 50 grams of protein, roughly 150 carbs, and everything else that comes with both. |
