Gender: | I separate mine into pre and post. That feels better for me than one big dose postworkout. I've done it both ways though. I doubt most, after they have reached "saturation" actually need 10 grams. 5 would probably do and general as low as 2 t o5 grams have been shown to be sufficient for maintenance. I know of course that most will go for at least 5. |
