Gender: | I take my protein in my post workout meal (PWM). two scoops with my milk, but i suppose you could mix it with the muscle milk in a tall glass if you could. I dont know about the weight gain powder, you're gonna need other people to comment on that. |

MM has a lot of casein protein which is slower digesting. You will want whey post workout because it is faster digesting and you'll be able to hit that anabolic window. The weight gainer...I don't have an opinion on. |

Gender: | I take a 60g protein shake before my workout and another 60g shake right after my workout. For the weight gainer it depens on how much weight you want to gain. When I was hella skinney I used to take a weight gain shake right before bed and wake up around 2 or 3 am and have another one and go right back to bed. Those WG shakes can be a little hard to get down sometimes. But it can work for you if you want it to |

| I really wouldnt use MM pre workout either. Both Pre and Post shakes you want to digest as quickly as possible to give your muscles the nutrients they need for resistance training. I would only use MM as a meal replacement, or between meals to get in extra p/f/c. |
