Gender: | As of Right now, My stat are: Height: 5'11" weight: 202lbs. BF: ~10% training regiment: I'll be doing a DC workout along side with Mixed Martial Arts training about 4-5 times a week. I haven't stated doing the DC workout yet because of vacations and still reading a little bit more so I can go into the gym as prepared as possible. BUT, I train MMA all the time and I was able to take some EAA last night. I took 2 scoops before training and my first reaction to was, "OK this shakes up a lot better then some of the other BCAAs I have tried." So that is a big plus in my book. The taste is so so. I have the "Refreshing Lemonade" which maybe on a hot summer day it would be a little more refreshing but it has a bit of an acid taste the I'm not a fan of Lemonade. I would love to see a strawberry or watermelon flavor. My energy level was a little better than average so I don't know if that was just me or the EAA. What I might do is not take it one day and see if there is any difference, or save that for the end of the Log. I'll let you guys know what the workout with EAA is like next week along with any other supplements I take. |

Gender: | Man have the last couple of days been hell at work. Now time for an update. Started messing around with DC training without EAA and it was kicking my butt. Today I started using EAA before working-out and I got to tell ya I like it. I took 3 scoops about 15-20 minutes before lifting in the morning and right after I did 5 minute warmup on the treadmill I was feeling good. Went to do Incline DB bench and felt tired but very strong. The rest of the workout went very well and felt very strong and alert. The taste is still very acidy but I find it dissolves a lot better than Purple Wraath. Tonight I'm going to take 2-3 more scoops right before MMA training. |

Gender: | MMA class with EAA is a must. After taking almost 2 weeks off I went back thinking I was going to get my butt handed to me because I'm not in proper condition. Took 3 scoops before class and had my normal Whey and carb drink on stand-by like I always do, my classes run 3 hours, I have to eat some time. Well long story short I went from 6:00-7:40pm before I realized I hadn't even touched my meal. Normally after the first 45-60 mins I'm drinking some down because I feel a little run down. I was keeping up with all the guys and wasn't even tired. Then at about 8:00 it hit me and I had to start drinking dinner. Overall I'm very impressed. I wasn't that tired and I was very energized and doing good on the energy reserves. I'm going to start mixing in CEE and Citrulline Malate Powder in with the EAA, both from bulknut. I can't wait to see how this combo works out. |

Gender: | Well the other day was one of the best workouts and MMA days I've ever had. I've started taking CEE and Citrulline Malate with my EAA and what a difference. Yesterday I did legs and did the front A2G with the window opener. Now this was the first time I did A2G in a while and on top of that a 20 rep burn out and it was amazing. First I took 3 scoops of EAA, ~2 grams of CEE and ~3 grams of Citrulline Malate, I say about because the scoops are rounded, 20 mins before my workout at lunch time. Jogged on the treadmill for 5 mins to get the heart rate up and blood flowing and went to town. I did 225 for 10 on Front A2G when I was suppose to do only 8, I under shot a lot and figured might as well make it 10, then took off the some weight and did 22 Front A2G with 135. I just had so much energy that I wanted to do more, that and I did under shoot a little. But instead I saved my energy for my MMA class, did my stretches and went back to work. Before I when to MMA I took the same amount of my "Mix" as I did before my workout. At Muay Thai class we had the head instructor teaching and that always means that the end of the class is going to be an endurance trial with knees and kicking. I thought this was going to suck because of the leg workout I did. The last endurance drill goes something like this: One person round house kicks pads with one leg and the reps go 3,5,7,10,12,15,12,10,7,5,3 and you only get about 3-5 seconds rest in-between each set, then your partner does his round then I do my other leg. I made it through the whole thing and kept a fast and hard tempo the whole time. I was very amazed and my instructor gave me props for performing the way I did. Then after that it was off to BJJ. I was tired but I was able to keep up with everybody and they all didn't take a class before me. EAA is real good by itself but adding the other two supplements just was amazing. |

Gender: | Well time to wrap this up. This is a very good product and should be a staple in any stack. Personally I started stacking it with CEE and Citrulline Malate and it was an amazing combo. I felt a good energy from just the EAA by itself but when combined with everything, just amazing. The one thing I wish it did have was more flavors although, compared to some other BCAA supplements I've taken it mixes far better and there is no grit and no leftover powder that didn't dissolve. Overall I think it's a great product and as soon as I get some money together I'll by more. |
