ok I got the chance to test out Fenotest. I followed the directions on the bottle 5 on 2 off. 2 capsules in the morning and 2 a couple of hours later i tried to time this one as best as possible but sometimes i forgot or was busy. My goals have been lately to cut up. I feel that The Fenotest has helped out my workouts and the process overall I think I've been able to train a little bit harder and longer, Ive been trying to do a cardio in the morning and then weight at night which is pretty hard for me becuase i have to get up early for school this that things like that, and then workout when i get home. As far as weight goes ive been able to drop weight and retain a large majority if not all of my muscularity, so it could be possible that The Fenotest has assisted me as far as that. Other products that I've been taking aside from the fenotest are a multivitamin, flax seed oil, B-complex, and as always a vitamin C here and there now that its winter if i feel a little bit sick. Would I buy the product again...i would say so if i could find it (havent been able to find it anywhere but online)
