No workouts this weekend, this morning (monday) I was 255lbs, so i'm down 2lbs in a weeks time. Thats right about where I should be, 2lbs a week.

I added in 1 cap of Reset AD this morning, the stim effect was a little harsher, it was kinda nice hahaha. I will hit the gym shortly, I"ll edit and record what I did.

45min cardio today, all MA specific shit, I am training with my old school back home this friday saterday and sunday so I want to atleast try and get ready for that. I gassed a bit toward the end, but I did what I intended to do. I also am starting to use eric's streching combo from the articles section for targeting splits, and lower hip and leg flexibility.

I've been noticing this as well on Leviathan, I'm guessing its the high dosage of yohimbine in the product.

yeah I dont think I've ever used yohimbine before this, its a nice little benifit to it. Its funny because when i read the label an it said 9mg I didnt think much of it, but 9mg packs a punch.

Diet has been steady, no drastic changes to report.

Training:

5min drills
DB Flat Bench 10 sets of 3@ 80lbs
Rack Deads 5 sets of 3 @ 315lbs

Super Sets
DB curls, over head tri extensions 2 sets of 12, @ 40lbs
Front/Side delt raises, 2 sets of 12, @ 20lbs

I also threw in some leg extensions because the rack deads didnt go very well with the 5min drill.

*Notes*

I havent been sleeping well lately, with how god dam hot its been i've been waking up every few hours sweating my ass off. Probrably good for fat loss, not so good for energy levels. I'm a mood prick when I dont have enough sleep. Atleast the Leviathan is helping in the energy department a little.

Glad everything is going well with your cut so far. 2lbs a week is solid healthy weight loss. Yeah we should put a disclaimer out their that 18mg's of yohimbine hcl can lead to a healthy libido...positive side effect from taking leviathan!!!

Quick update, work has been kickin my ass these last couple days, I slept maybe 3 hrs last night, so no workouts on wed or thurs. I will be training MMA fri,sat,sun so that will make up for some of it. My diet has been a little off, if anything i havent been eating enough. its 2:30pm and i'll i've had all day is a cup of coffee, got i cant wait to quit this job.

on a positive note, i got another belt notch goin, so my gut is shrinkin a little hhahaha. I dont think i would have even made it in to work today if it wasnt for leviathan, I know thats not exactly what its for, but god dam, i popped two before i got out of bed, and thank god i did.

hrdgain have you noticed any type of appetite suppression from Leviathan? I find I am having a hard time with Hydroxycut Hardcore I am never hungry and it is making it hard to get in the right amount of nutrition.

The suppression is slight, if at all. For me its the caffiene that does it real bad, and there isnt much in Leviathan, but if I have a cup of coffee with it like this morning, I can go hours without eating ... not good at all.

Weekend update:

this weekend was insanity, after my 3 hrs sleep on thurs night, I trained fri from 7 to 10, then saterday from 9 to 4, then sunday from 9 to 2. The workouts consisted of lots of conditioning, sparring (both medium, and hard contact), Randori, and kata (forms) mostly for endurance training. We also got a little bit of weapons work in on sunday.

It was a rough weekend, and I barely slept most of it, even worse i barely ate. For some reason when I push myself to the point of exhaustion, i cant eat, my stomach cramps up and I cant hold food down. I puked twice durring saterdays workout, and dry heaving while grappling is always fun.

I'm still sitting at 255lbs as of this morning, I think my lack of eating really hurt me in the fatloss department this weekend. Again since I was going on next to no sleep, Leviathan help tremendiously. I took off yesterday to recover, I jammed up my right pointer finger pretty bad, and ripped a bunch of skin off my foot also, I will prob be back in the gym tonight.

I need to switch up my training a bit, I really need to work on cardio vascular indurance more, so i will be upping the running on off days. I also need to get my legs in better shape, after a few sparring sessions they were dead, my footwork went to shit, and i had to rely soley on my hands. It will all come together soon, I have another weekend workout coming up august 25th, then a weekend camp sept 7th I believe, I need to ready for war by then.
