Officially down to 246lbs this morning, I prob would have been a little lower but i had some tia chicken with brown rice last night that was just too delicious, I over ate a little bit hahahha.

I will only have enough Lev left to get through most of next week, I may cut the dosage down and throw in some reset because i am starting to feel a little sluggish right now. I'm very happy with the results so far.

On another note, the rehab on the shoulder is going well. It still hurts like a bitch in the mornings, and at random times, but its no where near as bad as it was. Regaining strength on the other hand is slow but I can already feel it getting better.

Thanks Talo, my final update will be tomorrow, I have two pills left so I'll use those as a small dose tomorrow and update my wieght. I'm feeling pretty good, and looking a little leaner each day.
