Default Leviathan tester log

I just recieved my bottle in the mail, first off i want to appologize to PAL for the address mishap, thats a first for me. Second, i want to thank Dave and everyone at Palo Alto Labs for giving me this opertunity.

I wont go into what is in leviathan, you can read all about that here.

I've been pretty lax on my training for the last few weeks due to working being hectic, and taking some vacation time. I plan on starting this log on monday, after I get back from my buddies bachelor party.

I am training for MMA at present, my MMA journal (although not exactly up to date) has a lot of what I've been doing. I will basicly use this as my journal from here on out, giving my opinion on Leviathan as I go.

Diet:

My diet will be a modified CKD, with modifications coming around workouts, and durring the carb up. I will use roughly 15-20g of dex/malto pre workout, and 30-40 post. Carb ups will be kept to around 300g of carbs, most of which coming from sources other then wheat (due to GI distres).

Training:

Strength endurance is the name of the game, I will outline everything on a daily basis. Big Core lifts will be done using 5min drills, and i will expand on all of this later.

Other Suppliments:

I will be using a few other supps but Leviathan will be the only fat burner, I already mentioned malto/dex, bcaa's, red yeast rice, Cissus, perhaps some ALCAR, and some Reset AD. I havent decided yet, but I may do 2 weeks on 1 week off, with Reset and ALCAR overlapping, but we will see when the time comes.

Looking forward to monday and getting this ball rolling!!

Day 1 Monday July 2nd

Consumption Schedual:

8:30am - 1 Leviathan, 3 caps Cissus

10:00am - .3 lbs whole eggs, 2 turkey sausage patties

1:17pm - .7 lbs total food intake, 1 chicken breast, boiled okra, an some black eyed peas

2:40pm - 1 Leviathan, 2 cissus

5:15pm - oz of almonds

8:30pm - greek salad (feta, olives, greens, oil/vinagar) 7 none breaded chicken wings.

I also sip on BCAA's in crystal light all day. I will monitor overall daily intake as aposed to putting in timing for it. I dont start sipping on it till 10am because of the insulin response factor. yesterdays total intake was roughly 15 grams.

Training:

I'm a little sore still from a little rumble over the weekend, but i did hit the tredmill for 30min at around 4mph yesterday. nothing excessive but I want to build my cardio endurance for MMA, so I'm easing into long steady state cardio slowly right now.

Leviathan:

My initial reaction to Leviathan yesterday morning was mixed. It gave me a nice energy boost early in the morning, but taking it on an empty stomach was a little harsh. I will say that this morning was much better, I am getting used to it I guess. My run in the afternoon suprised me, even at a moderate pace I should have been gassed, but it went fairly easily save the slight pain in my left foot. I had no problems sleeping like I usually do with stims, I wasnt restless or anxious(sp?), and there didnt seem to be a crash at the end. I guess thats all I can say after just one day.

*Notes*

I will take wieght and other measurements tonight, and see if I can get my roomate to take some pics.

Day 3

Since it was 4th of july, I took a little breather from the diet and training. Hit up some bbq, and had a few drinks. I did continue my dosing 1hr before morning meal, and 1hr before afternoon meal, but nothing special to report as of yet.

Now I'm back on track and ready to go.

yeah, PAL its just one of those days when you have to endulge, pulled pork is my downfall hahaha.

Day 4

Consumption Schedual:

8:30am - 1 Leviathan, 3 caps Cissus

1:30pm - 1 chicken breast, 1 cup rice noodles

3:30pm 1 leviathan, 3 Caps Cissus

6:30pm - 15g BCAA, 20g malto/dex

8:00pm - 25g BCAA, 40g malto/dex

9:00pm - 1 chicken breast, 1 cup basmati rice

Today was all f'd up, work kicked my ass from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. I added in some extra carbs since I lifted today, it helped a little I guess.

training:

5min drills
Burpees - 7 sets of 3 @ 115lbs
HS shldr press - 8 sets of 3 @ 90lbs

Super Sets
cable curls@90lbs, tri push down@90lbs (rope) 2 sets of 12
behind the back forearm curls@55lbs,rev curls@55lbs 2 sets of 12

It started to rain on the walk home, so I got some sprints in too

I am having some trouble with my right hand, its still bothering me after the little rumble last saterday. After set 4 on the burpee's I had to slow down to make sure my grip stayed strong. So my numbers are down slightly for yesterday.

Leviathan:

I am officially at 4 caps a day, and it seems like my body is handling the stim effects well. I am not overly jittery like I am on the e/c stack, but it still has a subtle kick. On another note, I'm seeing a decent libido increase, random wood is cool, although since the girl just broke up with me I dont know how good it actually is.

Definitely less jitters than EC, but i think you'll find the result to be very positive. High libido is alwasy good... sorry about the g/f .. ouch!
