Day 18

Morning weight went back down to 233 lbs. I am starting to see some abs, so with only losing 2lbs in 19days I take it that I'm not loosing much (or any) muscle. My strength is staying up there and so is my energy levels. Work has been crazy so they are helping me get through some long days!!!

I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"

I'm kinda in the same boat Talo, I dropped two lbs real quick, but the scale hasnt changed since then. I am however looking leaner, and my pants/belt are fitting more losely, very interesting stuff this Leviathan.

Have you guys thought about testing your body fat levels?
Either through skinfold or hyrdrostalic (more accurate but less common).

You would then be able to measure the # of fat pounds you are losing.

Many electric scales offer the electronic bf% feature... but it is much less accurate

Day 23

Not much has changed. I'm use to the Lev so I don't get the BLAST of energy that I was getting...which is fine by me, because it's still keeping a nice steady pace through out the day.

Weight is still the same....My wife ask me tonight if I was taking anything else, because she seems to think I'm getting bigger...Just the fat burners (plus creatine,dex/malto,whey,amino's for pre and post) She thought I was on an anobolic or something...I guess the trib is doing it's job!!!

I have a scale with the bf% feature on it, but it dosen't work at all...says I'm 42% bf. If I had to guess I would say around 10-12%. But it would be nice to have it checked out.

Day 27

Weight came in at 230 this morning. So that's a good 5lb loss. With 2 days left in my first bottle I feel good. I will post up some progress pictures in a few days. I never posted up the ones I took when I started, but they are on the computer.

Thanks.

Now I'm done and waiting for my next bottle, I will be starting to eat a lot cleaner to try and tighten up.
