Default Palto Alto Labs - testing LEVIATHAN.

I just received my bottle of Leviathan today. Just got home from work, so i will take the first one Wednesday (because I have an emergency dentist appoint tommorrow).

I want to say thanks to PAL for this opportunity to test. ( I was confused at first with the lable switch, then I opend the bottle and counted 111pills).

Will take some pictures tommorrow and start the journal.


Looks like I have to have my tooth pulled on Thursday.....YAAA, CAN'T WAIT!!!!
So I wont start these untill I feel better.

First day, took two pills when I woke up on an empty stomach. Not sure if that was a good thing or not, cause it made me go red. Not a dark red or anything, kinda like a litle sun burn and my skin feels tighter. Will be going to the gym in about 1 hour. Energy level is picking up.

Morning weight 235lbs

Day 2

We decided to go camping last night, so I got about 3 hrs sleep.
Took one pill on an empty stomach first thing and had zero problems. It took about 15 mins and I started to feel more alert.

10:00am - Had 8 egg whites, turkey sausage, and potatoes for breakfast. With 1 small cup coffee and 1.5 L of water.

1:45pm - 2 chicken breasts and about 3oz steak.(zero carbs)

Will take the next pill around 4:00pm as I plain on going to the gym around 8:00pm.

Took some pictures yesturday, just have to upload them onto the computer.

Day 5

Today is the first 2*2 pills a day, Yesturday I tired 1 pill 4 times a day and that worked very nice. I usually crash around 2:00pm to 3:00pm. Didn't happen.

Morning weight is 233lbs. I did take some pictures on the day I started, but haven't been home to upload them yet.

5:30am - The two pills started out with a high, but came down. No crash feeling yet.

6:00am - 8 egg whites, 2 packs instant oatmeal.

10:30am 5oz steak, 1 chicken breast, 1/2 cup potatoes.

4:00 - 2 chicken breasts; 1/2 cup potatoes.

7:00 (after work ) family is still camping, so I will eat something out there.

Forgot to mention Other supplements that I'm taking :

Carbs Complex (QSE Gold Medal Carbs (MaltoDextrin) - Natural(pre/post)
Protein:
Multi Vit
Glucosamine
BCAA's (pre and post)
CellMass (bsn) (pre/post)Recieved this cheap that's why.

Day 6

2 pills 6:00am

Total calories for the day will be around 2500 - 2800
4L (1gal) water
1 coffee
1 diet coke

2 pills 12:00pm

Good day so far, not much to report. It's keeping me nice and alert so far with no crash.

Day 8

So far so good. Took 2 pills early morning(6:00am) and waited to see how long they would wear off...Around 4pm I felt like having a power knap. Work was slow , so I did...haha!!

4:45pm took 2 more pills and I'm still feeling good , just got back from the gym , eat and will be off to bed soon...Hopefully the other benifits from this will kick in tonight...

Eat around 2400 cals today. Will take weight tomorrow morning!!

Day 11.

Worked out early this morning, woke up with some good energy. Took two pills and my pre drink.

My weight acually went back up to 235 (from 233) this morning, so I am going to put cardio back into my workout. Today should be a good one since I have to spilt a truck load of wood..

Still liking the feeling from the pills, not much has change except for the fact that I feel better through out the day now. My sleep is a lot better too!

hey man interested to see how everything goes on your cut. Sometimes weight fluctuates up and down during a cut but I am really interested to your weight loss by the end of the first bottle!!
