| Not really pu12. I have been out of commission for the last 2 months due to relocating and some personal stuff. I like this product alot, especially post workout mixed with some virtago. I believe it helped with recovery quite a bit. I most likely wont be able to get back to the iron till after the new year. But I still have quite a bit left, so I'll make sure to update this when I start up again. |

| Update: I've been back at it for just under three weeks now. I'm using the bill starr intermediate 5x5, and slowly working my way back up. Here is what my workout time nutrition has been looking like. pre/durring workout: 1 scoop of pure virtago, 3-4 scoops of Purple Wraath, 2g citruline malate. (one cap cialabol)This combo tastes amazing, and i throw down about half of it, then start to lift, and sip on the rest as I go. Post: Now many people will say this isnt optimal, but here is what i've been doing. 1 scoop pure virtago, 3-4 scoops Purple Wraath, 2-3g bulk cissus powder, 2g citruline malate. (2 caps cialabol) Recovery (past my first week) has been amazing. In the past after I lift legs, I can barely walk for 2-3 days. Since I've been using this protocol, i've had no problems, very little if any soreness, and my return to the gym has been awesome. Looking forward to keeping the strength gains going. |
