I don't think any exist. I am not as experienced as a lot of others on this site, but I know that burning fat and gaining muscle is not as simple as taking a supplement. Depending on your goals either bulk up on muscle and then lose the fat, or lose the fat and start building up (which gaining muscle with less fat is harder) All I can say is eat a good diet and bust your ass in the gym...that is your best chance at building muscle and losing fat.

Nothing legal will help you burn fat and gain muscle. And even the non-legals are limited when it comes to doing both at once.

However, the ECA stack has shown evidence of helping to burn fat while *maintaining* muscle mass.

What you really need to recomp (recomposition: losing fat & gaining muscle... or at least the good kind of recomposition lol) is a diet that is very consistent, a workout routine that has manageable volume and ample recovery (recovery slows with lower calories), and some cardio to help with metabolic rate but not so much that you're hurting your weights progress.

I would say first things first is get your diet sorted out so you're intaking a pre determined amount of cals everyday.

You might also want to invest in a set of calipers to help monitor how your body fat levels are doing. You can calculate your fat mass and lean mass and how they are changing this way.

Those are my tips.
