What's your thoughts on it?

Is that Premium Nutrition:

Creatine Mono - 10K
Glutamine Peptides - 5k
L-Glutamine - 5k
Ribose - 5k
Arginine - 5k
Taurine 1k ???

you get it from GNC? That's the only info I could find. If that's what it is it should be fine although I'm not sure that glutamine and arginine taken together will do much...something about them competing, blah, blah, blah. I don't really know so don't worry about it. It's just that these kind of products can be really expensive and you could get all the ingredients A LOT cheaper. Or at least l-glutamine (the peptides are costly), cit. malate (instead of arginine), creatine mono, etc.

Should be good pre/post workout.
