It is probably due to caffeine. Most "pre workout" supplements contain a hefty does of it. This is not necessarily a bad thing but these supplements are often over-priced. You may do just as well to have a cup of coffee or two before training.

It's a good thing if you're trying to lose weight. If it starts to interfere with your gains or training in general, you can try things like coffee and Green Tea which are both really good for you in low to moderate doses (the latter point mostly aimed a coffee, it's hard to too much Green Tea since the caffeine content is about 1/5 of Coffee).

If your looking for stimulant free then go with HyperFX that is why i bought this one it doesnt have the 1,3 dimenth.... BSN boasts proudly on this one because its stimulant free and for $20 at Pumpd Nutrition thats dirt cheap. At my local nutrition store its well over $35.

Dr. Oz talked about raspberry ketones and i was thinking of stacking this with some CLA. Curious on your opinion.

I completely agree with kevin. A cup of coffee does the job for me before a workout. On another note if your looking for another good appetite suppressant you can try OxyElite Pro. I have heard good things about it and it's gotten great reviews on amazon.com

Default Hype Fx

The caffeine in the Hyper FX is equal to a cup of coffee. Get the Oxy Elite while you can, it has been discontinued as well as Jacked.

Well i own a sports nutrition store and i can assure you jacked3d has been discontinued. I do still have some in my store, i actually ordered a few cases of it on the last day retailers were able to get it. You can still buy a 76 Cutlass Supreme but it doent mean they are still makin them.
