What all is in this product? Based on your review I think I'm gonna have to get me some. Anything you've tried in the past that you like better than this, such as Xtend, Purple Wrath, etc?

I've tried No explode, it was O.K. didnt like the price. This stuff is going for about $28 for a 30day supply

Had afternoon Cardio on thursday and friday. Made sure to take on empty stomach, had last meal about 2 hours earlier. For me when doing cardio Itry not to watch the timer, but about 18-20 mins in I end up looking and really trying to get the last 5-7 mins done.
Smash seemed to kick in at about the 15min mark, both days went just over 30 min. and felt I could have done more, but stop cause I feel long semi-intense cardio bruns up muscle.

Today had my a.m. drink had a good session, except for a knot in my quad. But still had good energy and would like to stay longer, but don't want to overtrain. I also found if you mix it in a little slowly, instead of the whole scoop at once, works better

Well what can I say, that I haven't already. This product was able to break me of my daily energy drink/pill ritual. I got up at 3:30 am to go train, the hardest part is climbing out of bed, but once I mix up a batch of Smash, go sit on the comp for 15 mins or so..I'm good to go. Had another good training day, and having to stop myself at a certain point cause just want to keep going

Your slacking joker...im dissapointed.

Anyways, you said it mixes easily with no grit; but how about the taste? I see it has CEE in it and we all know how that is... What flavors does it come in, if any?

It's mixes pretty easily, easier if you put the mix in slowly. Somtimes end up w/ a little on the bottom, sometimes not.

So far I thinks its only avail in berry. I use it during the week before work, but just nothing new to report on it, I'll be logging in on Sat-Sun-Mon though
