I went to the doctor the other day and picked up a script for some B12 injection (I know of some people that say they can pick it up OTC , but not here). I've been reading about it and thought I would give it a shot. So far I've taken 2 shots ( Wed and Fri ) at 1ml a dose.
So far I have noticed my sleep is better and I am no longer lethargic , something that I have felt for a long , long time. Being on night shift I'm not having to take my midnight nap . I come home and stay up for about 1hr then go to bed for about 5hrs , wake up refreshed as I've gotten a great sleep. My motovation has come back to do other projects around the house , finally some shit is getting done :)
I know it's only been 4 days ( 2 shots ) , but this is working big time. I've also noticed my appetite has come up quite a bit. My weight hasn't changed and as long as I keep my foods clean I dont think it will.
Price is $5 for 10ml and this will last for about 3 weeks. Although I'm covered , I would still pay this even if I wasn't.
I also gave my wife a shot today and I will give her another one on Monday . We will monitor how she feels and I wont tell her much of my findings until later as I don't want to plant anything in her head.
very cool. thanks for zee info's. does it differ from just taking a b12 tablet at all?
I've never taken only B12 pills , but I have taken complex pills so I can't say.
similar feelings with the b complex as compared to the injection?
Nope. Pills didn't respond this qick or as good.
Injection is alot cheaper also.....FREE!!
Picke up my second 10ml vial today. After being on this for over 2 weeks I think I will be keeping it in for good. never felt better and I'm more focused and motovated than I;ve ever been.
