BCAAs
What is your guys' opinion of taking BCAA supplements? My protein powders have a little over 8 grams in each shake, which I usually have half of a shake before workouts and 1 shake after, and I eat A LOT of chicken and fish, but is that enough or would be taking extra BCAAs be a good idea?

I think they are good if your on a calorie restricked diet.

Well honestly i didint try that product so have no exprience but CellTech is very usefull in all espects. Because it has nice amount of cretine with Protien and all other needed material and it start showing result in a week
