better PWO?!

which would be better for me??

1) 2 scoops on whey in water

2) 2 scoops of whey with added dextrose in water

3) 1 scoop of whey and 2 scoops of endurox R4 in water

Option 1 or 2 you can choose. Are you using water because you're cutting? Endurox R4 didn't impress me too much. around $30 for 14 servings your money could be used better elsewhere.

yah i just started cutting the other day, my bf is higher than i want it....i want to get down to about 8
