ok so i got my cee it says take 2 servings a day each serving amounts to 2.25g cee says one an hour before working out and one emmediatly after???
does 2.25 per serving sound good?
im not loading i just want to know if it sounds right

i think you only need two servings on workout day...one before workout sometime....and one after...might as well keep it between 1-2 g.
