Default Bulk powder question

Hey guys, I just got some bulk stuff from TP, and I've read in other threads and on other sites about the recommendations for CM being either 4 grams pre-workout, or something like 3 grams pre- and 2-3 grams post- But anyway, does anybody have an approximation for how many grams are in something that is household, like a teaspoon? The CM has a tiny measuring cup in it, but the only marking I can find on it is "1.7cc" which I'm guessing is cubic centimeters? Anyway, any help you guys can provide would be most appreciative, so I can actually start using this stuff, lol

Yeah. Grams are weight so you could only ever have an appoximation as to teaspoons for any particular powder. But you don't have to be that precise. For CM, in general a level teaspoon or a little more should be fine for both pre and post. I use a rounded teaspoon, basically.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Usually the container should give you the teaspoon amount or a scoop measuring one serving. That's a big problem with TrueProtein since they don't label anything and then give you gram amounts of the sight and CC scoops with your stuff. It's pretty annoying. I've never gotten around to using CEE but maybe someone else can give you a round about amount...I don't remember off the top of my head.

I'd say a scant teaspoon should get you in the ballpark.

email TP and ask them what the grams per tsp are. Its the only way to be sure.

That's a damn good idea, dont know why I didn't think about trying that, by the way, to anybody that has tried both, are CM and CEE supposed to be tasteless, cause I mixed them together in water and one of them gave it a pretty sour funky taste, just wondering if this is normal...

Yeah, CEE is sour.

BTW, i thought when you said CM you meant creatine mono, for some reason. But I take it you mean citrulline malate. Yeah that is for sure gonna be sour. Disregard what I said before. Your dosage will be a little higher for teaspoons. And you want at least 3 or more grams pre-workout if you really want to feel it.

No, bud it was a brain lapse on my part. CM usually = cit malate.

Most people seem to recommending crystal light. I've never really bothered covering stuff up.
