I am curently taking whey postworkout and im about to add malto. or waxy. for carbs but i was wonderin if i should throw some castein in there for extended realesing or if whey would be enough

No point in taking whey AND casein postworkout. You don't need to overthink it. Whey and carbs will do the job. Just follow it with a regular meal later on.
