Cee Pro test
I'll put this here till we have a testing section.
Today was my first dose of blue rhino, obviously there isnt gonna be much to report for the first day. I dosed at 10am before my total depletion workout on an empty stomach, along with 3 caps of amp, and 3 tabs (sample) of 1-no, one hour prior to workout. its important to note that i'm just now feeling better after my sinus infection, but it did contribute to the two times i threw up durring my workout. stats as of this morning, 217lbs, bf% unknown (i'm pretty much just going by the mirror). Strength is inconsequencial at this point, being that this was a depletion workout, and the next week or so will mostly be me gaing back what i had before i got sick. After that we will see. I will post my training and wieghts after each heavey workout. here are the other supps i'm taking 20g Bcaa's per day 3g Citruline Malate 2g Alcar 2g Piracetam 4g CEE (will be using cee pro when I get it) 12g fish oil 6 caps GHV 2 caps Blue rhino (replacing 4 caps FUZE) amp on lifting days 45 min prior to w/o |
first heavey lift day on blue rhino, chest and back day. I'll post my lifts as of my last healthy day, then what I did today. I am having some problems with my incline bench, I think its a shoulder, collar bone allignment problem, I plan on seeing the chiropractor about it.
Incline bench (warm up per Max ot - 135x12, 135x10,185x6,225x3,255x1) last - 275x3, 275x3, 285x2 today - 275x2, 275x1, no last set had no strength weighted dips last - 35x5,45x5,55x6 today - 35x6,45x6,70x3 (felt balsy) flat db press last - 100x6,110x4 today - 110x6,110x5,110x3 (add extra set because of incline falter) wide grip pull down (warm up per Max ot) last -235x6,235x6,250x2 today -235x6,235x6,250x3 single arm row last -170x6,180x6,190x5 today -180x5,190x5,200x4 as you can see my incline is all f'd up, and i'm steadily gaining on everything else. I cant comment too much on the blue rhino yet. I dosed it 45 min before wo with 3 caps of amp, felt good in the gym. the true test will be to see if the numbers continue to climb as I continue to lose lbs. |
I just recieved Cee Pro this morning. I took too caps at 9am, and will take two more around 5 (non lifting days)
on lifting days my second dose will be 30-45 min prior to lifting with blue rhino, and amp. here is what my supp list looks like now: 20g Bcaa's per day 3g Citruline Malate 2g Alcar Cee pro per label instructions 12g fish oil 4 caps GHV 2 caps Blue rhino (replacing 4 caps FUZE) amp on lifting days 45 min prior to w/o on a side note, I didnt realize this was a muscletech product, this will be my first exsperience with anything from them. |
Leg day
Smith squat (warm up per max ot) last - 405x5,405x5,455x4 today - 455x5,455x5,495x3 (felt balsy today) leg extension last - 275x5,275x6 today - 275x5,285x5 straight leg db deads last - 85x5, 85x5,95x3 today - 95x5,95x5,100x5 (again balsy) incline db raise (i'm still trying to figure out my shoulder w.o. I've been having shoulder problems, and its effecting my bench too) max ot warm up no last today - 35x5,35x5,40x3 straight bar front raise no last today - 65x5,85x5 I will prob. switch these two excersises next week, and do my warm up with straight bar raises, makes more sense as a mass builder. |
last nights numbers for chest and back ... i substituted incline db press for straight bar, the shoulder was still a problem, albeit less of one.

But I do like the pills rather then the usual powder cee i use. no taste, easy to carry around ect. |
i have to say last nights workout was interesting. I am seeing increased pumps, and a definate increase in strength. I have been able to beat the book in either wieght or reps everytime i hit the gym. Although last night I cramped up pretty hard. I will need to up my water intake from here on in.
As far as the Cee Pro is concerned It apears to be working well so far. I wont say its any better then the bulk powder i usually use. But its definately easier then powder, and I'm feeling more of a pump then usual, however slight it may be. |
I have had to up my water intake considerably in order to counter the cramping I've been having. I think its a combo of how god dam hot it is in the south, and the cee pro. I've had some Doms the past week, especially from the chest/back workout on tuesday, and i'm sore as shit from last night leg/shldr workout. This could be from the slight dehydration.

I havent posted in a while, i've been on vacation, and I stopped using CEE pro for that week. I'm back on now, starting an HST cycle and will continue to update till the bottle is empty.

I switched up my dosages, I'm not dosing in the am upon waking. and gain post workout on lifting days.

I finished up my Cee-pro this last week. my overall impression is that this product is exactly what it says. It is a good pill form cee, that is much easier to transport and take then the usual powder cee i've used. I saw no drop off or size reduction on this product which means it kept pace with my other cee sup.
The only deterent for me to purchase this product would be the price. I'm all about saving money, and buying cumbersome bulk powders is the way to do that. |
