cell mass and xtest

hey guys i was wondering if i would be able to take cell mass and xtest at the same time. and if so, how should i take it. guy at gnc said i have to make sure the cycles to interfere or something like that. haha.

first, dont go into gnc anymore. second, what is your diet/training like, and third what are your stats, age, ht, wt, training experience.

Chances are you shouldnt bother with either of those supps, cell mass is an overhyped overpriced creatine product.

Xtest, aside from being way over priced and from xyience, has some merit. Although it is way underdosed in this product, i've heard good things about turkesterone, just buy the bulk powder, its cheaper and you can dose higher.

k well im 18 6'1'' 190 and i right dont work out too much. i just run. during the summer i am going to work out 5 ot of 7 days. at a pretty intense lever for three months.

workout 5 days a week is a lot, especially for a beginner. Check out the Starting Strength program.

If you dont workout much, you dont need to start using supps. do like schorcher said an check out one of the beginer strength programs, and the how to bulk sticky (for pre and post workout nutrition). The only supps you should be worried about right now are whey protien, maltodextrin and dextrose for before and after your workouts.
