Well the P.V. came in very handy after my matches and between that and my cardio training I was able to stay above the competition and be fresher than the others before the matches.
I would take about a scoop and a half after every match and by the second match I was feeling very good, the last match was very taxing but I was able to stay in there and pull out and get first place. After all my matches were over, my arms were burning like no other. It felt like I did 5 sets of 21's and 100 dips. After I was able to hold up the shaker to my face I downed more P.V. and in about 20-30 mins my arms started to feel a lot better. The one thing I did notice is the next morning I was achy but my arms didn't hurt at all, I was just very exhausted. I will most definitely take this on ever competition to help stay fresh and help heal for the next day. I can only imagine what this would be like if I was taking this with CEE. |
Sad day
Today is a sad day for I have run out of Pure Virtago. :sos:
What I will do is right up a comparison from having P.V. to going without it when I workout next and go to MMA practice. I'm buying more but the log is coming to an end soon. |
I'm almost just about done with mine to dave, and I feel your sadness. Good stuff shame to say I'm just about done

Final Thoughts
Well I've been off P.V. for about a week and I've got to tell ya, I miss it. I love the taste of the fruit punch and I always feel recharged after taking it, especially after my MMA practice.
One thing I've realized after not taking it for a week are little changes. I am a little more sore the next day after lifting and I gas out a little quicker in MMA practice after I'm done sparring with someone. I really can't wait to try this with come CEE. I'm definitely going to buy more and it will be a regular in my diet. |
