I just picked up some bulk CM as I decided to give this stuff a whirl as a pre-workout supplement.
For those of you who are currently using citrulline malate or have before, what is your recommended dosage? BN's article says "
The effective dosages commonly seen in the literature is three to four grams twice daily" but I want to see what you guys have to say.
Also, do you just use one dose in your Pre-Workout shake or do you split it up throughout the day?
Any advice would be great.
