Well, its not that i cant afford it, but i just dont want to as i can just consume high GI carbs in place, such as grape juice w/ creatine. When/if i place another order for my protein ill get some, as its only $2/2lbs of dextrose and $13/7lb of maltodextrin.

Gotcha, grape juice works good too. Malto and dex will be a little better. My reading comprehension must be getting very bad

BTW, if someone is taking in 30 grams carbs for IMMEDIATELY pre (about 15 minutes prior), then it's probably not necessary to go as high as 50 to 80 for post.

In general if your taking in the high GI carbs for PRE you want to subract that amount from what you would normally do for post. Think of it as 50 to 80 grams AROUND the wokout.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

As for the diet my schedule will look "something" like this:
Schedule:
5:00am- wake, eat something (need help here)
6:00am- at the gym
7:00am return home- down protein shake, creatine drink Muscle Tech- Cell Tech till it runs out then CEE)
7:45'ish- breakfast- oatmeal, eggs, chicken breast, etc.
10:00am'ish- snack- beef jerky, protein shake or something on those lines.
12:00pm- lunch- either tuna, chicken, turkey sandwich, etc
3:00'ish- snack- beef jerky, protein shake or something on those lines.
6:00pm'ish- Dinner- here is where I falter- I am the cook and have wife/2 kids. So sometimes it's pasta, it's pork chops, steak, chicken, etc. This is the only meal of the day that I might have to cheat on, but I am intending on doing smaller portions if this is the case.
9:00pm- cottage cheese, and maybe a piece or two of beef jerky or turkey.

The Hot-Rox, I have taken it before and was blown away how my body reacted! Lost A LOT! I "was" planning on taking it after I drank my protein and creatine when I got home from the gym, then eat about 45min-1hr after. Kind of keep the energy going maybe.
So Hot Rox really works? it is worth buying? how do you take it if your also taking creatine and protein shakes. I think it says take on an empty stomach. How do you take it in your diet? l

Depends on the person. Everybody i talk to has their own opinion of which fat burner works the best. And like i advised redesign, "And by taking creatine, im assuming your trying to bulk? If so, your wasting your money on the hot-rox unless you are using it as a pre-workout energy booster, which in that case its overpriced as you'd most likely feel the same effect w/ plain caffeine pills."

Hi and Thanks for the info!!!
When I first took Hot-Rox I wasn't really working out, I MIGHT have done like 15 min cardio MAYBE. That was a while ago, I was scared to put my losses up here cause of either flamming or the YIKES! And everyone's bodies respond to different things in a different way, but I lost about 21lbs in less than 3mo. It was AWESOME!

IMO it is the best I have come across (for me anyway) It didn't make me edgy, I didn't even feel like I drank a cup of coffee, but there went the fat. *Note, I don't care what I "weigh" I care about how I look. That shaved A LOT.

The reason I am planning on taking it now (when it arrives, sheesh) is because, and I know I should (from reading) do this first, lose my belly and chin. But I also want to get not wild big but noticable. I'm trying to get the best of both worlds(yeah right!). I can see and have been told (a trainer a while ago) I grow pretty fast for not taking supps, even for my age. And I can lose pretty fast as well. So now I am going to try and do this and do it big with supps.

I have my basic diet, and I FINALLY, found a full body workout that works with my schedule. I will be keeping a log and pics starting Sunday. I don't plan on looking back at either until 6mo.

Im actually trying to cut. I was told by a friend how much NO Shotgun really worked for him to build muscle mass but i have to cut first and then tone. And I thought Hot Rox along with intense cardio and diet would help me to cut faster so I could get to my main goals which is to tone? Should I not use creatine( NO Shotgun) before my workouts? What do you guys take creatine with? Any suggestions? Thanks so much for your help!

I read that you had a successful experience with Hot- Rox. I really would like to try it but I dont know how to incorporate it into my diet. Im sure youre supposed to take it on am empty stomach so if I take NO Shotgun before my workouts, can I take Hot-Rox too? do you take a creatine before your training? even after training I usually do a protein shake so I dont know if taking it after would be correct either? what do you usually do?

Cortez, i think you need to clear your head and decide which is more important to you...cutting or bulking. If you truely do want to cut, NO shotgun and any other creatine product should not be one of your supplements.

When I took Hot-Rox for the first time I just knew I wanted to get thinner and big. NOW however after awesome advice from people here and doing the reading, it's best to do one before the other.

When I first took it I would workout but it wasn't anything to speak of. I would wake up, take the recommended dosage and head to the gym. So by the time I ate it was about an hour-1.5hrs. I would do treadmill and lift, but I wasn't lifting the right way.

Just doing that bit of cardio, and watching (not really dieting) what I ate, I lost a load (21lbs.)

Now, however, my schedule has changes. I need to also figure out a schedule, do I take it right when I wake up (5am) and then RIGHT before I go to the gym take my protein/creatine and then protein/creatine right after workout. Then s**t, shower/shave, then eat breakfast? *hint* anyone got advice?

I just know of the different brands I took when I wanted to look better this one was the one I can say worked for me, for you? who knows, it just did for me. I tried Hydroxycut Hardcore, Didn't like the jitters and the upset stomach. NEVER had that with Hot-Rox. NO, I'm not some sales guy for that stuff either.

Best of Luck, and if you try it out, PLEASE let me know, good or bad how it works for you!!
