ok.....i heard today (from a GNC employee) that the animal stak2 blocks creatine from getting into your system, is this true or is this guy trying to blow smoke up my A$$. :confused:

That guy's so full of shit his eyes are brown. Ok, lets break this down:

There's nothing in this list of ingredients that will inhibit the effects of creatine.
Actually, this ingredient actually improves delivery:
Vasodilator Complex (Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate and Arginine Ketoisocaproate).....................750mg

Any smuck can go and work at gnc just the same as any shmuck paying $250 to be a certified personal trainer. So, when going to GNC (I assume your options are limited due to your name) you must keep in mind that they don't hold a chemistry degree, and couldn't obtain any real job.

Matter of fact, I was on this other website fighting with a "personal trainer" because he thought cee was just a fancy name for dicreatine malate!!

Consequently, I won. ;)

BTW, don't buy any products like this because in looking at the ingredients, most of them are severely underdosed. My example of the product's "vasodialator complex" isn't effective at 750 mg...It should be at the very least 3 grams.
