Everywhere. From the Arnold Encyclopedia to every health magazine to all over the internet to health professionals that I am in contact with. You have to keep in mind that regular 'run of the mill' creatine isn't the best when it comes to absorbtion. I'm sure you heard that it isn't very stable in liquid. It converts rapidly to creatinine which is about as useful as chalk. So if you mix it in with, say, grape juice and drink it, it has started converting to creatinine already. Ingesting 10 grams postworkout is standard. I do it to guarantee I get the most creatine I can uploaded before this process destroys it. Alot of books I've read say to take 5 grams pre and another 5 grams post. I like 10 grams post because my body's environment is ideal for absorbtion.

gotcha, and now with how cheap you can get monohydrate it doesnt make much sense to short change yourself. even if you are takin in more then you need, you can afford to. shit glutaform is next to nothing might as well make sure you taking in enough.

I may go over 3g ed with cee now that bulk has it on sale.

You of course could, but cee is different. I took the pinnacle esterfied creatine and had great results with 2 grams pre and post. I'm sure you saw my journal at bulk. From everything I gather, up to 3 grams of cee pre and post is more than sufficient. I think 3 grams of cee is equal to 10 grams regular creatine in regards to upload.

I don't even take CM anymore. I stick with CEE know that I have a 1.5 kilos of the stuff. I prefer the low dose/no bloat/no stomach cramp advantages but the taste has to be recognized.

I was doing 1g pre/durring/post for a total of 3g before i ran out and it was feeling pretty good. that with the Citruline Malate was bad ass. I put those in the Xtend and I was good to go. I may up it to 2g pre/durring/post after my next order, just to be on the safe side while cutting.
