That stuff doesn't have much, if any creatine. It's just caffeine and arginine.

I would say, yes, you should consume it all. As far as supps go, I'd say stick with the tried-and-true stuff, like regular creatine, or a creatine/maltodextrin blend. Just make sure you take enough carbs like maltodextrin or dextrose with the creatine, otherwise you just pee it all out.

I feel like creatine typically falls to the bottom. You should mix it in a shaker and chug it with the bottle completely upside down. That way, when the stuff falls to the bottom, it will already be in your stomach.

OMG...I cant stop myself from replying to all these comments you and others are getting for advice on creatine and the problems you are experiencing. First, stop taking plain creatine monohydrate your wasting your money. That is the oldest most useless formula on the market. Why is it still sold.?? ITS CHEAP. Monohydrate is only 10-30% absorbed into your system. Try CEE, Tri-creatine malate, or Creatine magnesium Chelate. There are products that have all 3 ingredients that require less of a dosage with what is believed to be 100% aborbed. You will find that it will not clump on the bottom of your drink, no bloating or any other side effects. Make sure its PURE with no fillers or sweetners. It might taste a bit rough in water but can be tamed with a sports drink or juice. One last thing....research research research on the web. If you see ingredients you dont recognize look them up. Most likely they are fillers to lower production costs.
