Default "Beer Good!"

Yes I have read them all.
I exspecially found your comment about the beer assuring.
I like the micro-brew stuff.
Anyway back to the creatine I must have a different kind mixed with fruit punch mix.
Thanks.

p.s. in the words for Stephen Lynch; "Beer Good!"

Just an update I took the advice you guys gave that it was probably not the creatine. Ive been drinking loads of water and milk but the weather here has been very warm and i work as maintenance man in a old folks home with no air conditioning not something we use much in Northern Ireland so it can be really warm in work leading to sweating ( not due to work). I recon I got dehydrated and ive had no problems since in fact im growing like hell on creatine, Whey, Tuna, eggs and milk and a two times a week full body workout 45 minutes max one set each exercise to absolute bust a gut failure. Thanks for the help folks.
