Default critizism on my stack

gnc amplified whey protein- i weight 165, i get about 170grams per day, including p.m.
gnc pm protein at night
gnc amp muscle igniter, i am thinking of replacing with Musclemeds MethylBURN
gnc maxertion n.o.
muscletech prototype 216
mri ce2 hi-def

i have aerobics at 10:05 a.m.
and weightlifting at 1:45 p.m.
and im starting wrestling at the end of oct.

tell me what you think please

170g protein from powder?! Blah! Good, wholesome food is what you need i would say. Its cheaper too.

I prefer bad wholesome food. When you buy it prepared, it's cheaper than good wholesome food. It's much easier to get more calories. I guess there is kind of a trade-off though...with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, increased risk of stroke and heart attack. But to each his own. I'm going to McDonald's now.

Im currently on 375g of protein a day, I get about 60-80g from powder the rest is from clean food.
