You guys listen to EC on nutrition? Do you have your surge?

Yeah, you'll want to take more than one serving a day and split it up however you want. Just do split it up.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

There's a lot of less expensive alternatives. I've been getting mine from BJ's (club) lately. They are good. Sam's club, which I think (I could be wrong) has Kirklands is fine. Just watch the expirations..

Lot's of other choices. There is a fish oil thread somewhere on here that has links to good brands and the stores..etc...

I'll link it when I find it.

Most of the major brands have been testing well lately.

I personally take 2 with each meal. Here is a link if you want to save some money, fish oil at most stores is a total rip off:

Trueprotein - 1000 Fish Oil Caps - $24.49

Nutraplanet has bulk fish oil caps as well but it seems to be out of stock at the moment.
