Egg Proteins vs Real Eggs?

I have read lots of articles on how good eggs are http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/eggs.htm

I was wondering if there are any real benefits of an actual egg over the protein supplement like the following http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/opt/egg.html

Whole foods will always be better. People buy powder only as a matter of convenience, not a necessity. It's more convenient to mix a scoop before bed than it is to cook up a dozen egg whites. Since it's a slower digestion rate when compared to whey or casein, the only times it would be good is either in the morning between meals or before bed. Since it's pricey, I'd say only at night.

I would rather throw in few eggs in my shake at night. Make sure the eggs arent cracked.

You get much less efficient digestion with raw eggs. Something like 52% as opposed to 92 percent with cooked or "heat pre-treated".
