keep it simple, whey protein, creatine, multi vitamin, and maybe fish oil if you have money to blow.

Creatine is a great foundation! One of the most studied supplement out there - the benefits are supported heavily. Add in some whey protein to help hit your target number for the day! Fish oils and Multi-V's are also a good supplement to add into any stack. Depending on your goals, you can add in fat burners for cutting or switch to a weight gainer powder for bulking if you're having a hard time hitting you calorie demands
