I don't know if anyone would be interested in trying a taste of a new BCAA product. If so I could send out some free single serving samples.

I'd definitely be interested! What's the product?

I also just wanted to add, that from my personal experience, glutamine seems to really help me circumvent overtraining and prevent colds. I used to get sick so much more frequently before I started using glutamine. Use use Power Glutamine Powerder by Champion Nutrition. I always take 5g PWO, but have experiemented with other times of the day. I like to take it consistently at night also, but hasn't seemed to do much taking it in the morning. So, I typically take 10g per day (unless I feel a cold coming on) and I definitely notice a benefit.
