I'm 19 5'5 140, lifting just over a year and want to get up to 145 within the next few months. I want to do the USP Labs Prime and PowerFull stack and as a post, a weight gainer with 5 grams of Creapure....what are some of your thoughts on that? Is it too much?

I agree with the previous comment. Here are the supplements I recommend:
1. multivitamin (generic is fine)
2. whey protein (but get most of your protein from food)
4. fish oil
That's about it. There are a few others that may be worth taking, but not many. Spend your money wisely.
