Can someone help me with supplement advice? I am getting old and think I need some help with the right kind of supplements. I am taking creatine, protein powder, test boosters but not sure what is the best thing on the market right now. If you can help I would appreciate it. If you want my reg email let me know. thanks

What specifically is your desired goal?

Here are some suggestions:

For creatine stick to Creatine Ester Ethyl. It needs no loading, or sugars.

Increase your Glutamine intake, for faster recovery and repair of muscle fibers.

For Whey Protein, go with Whey Isolate, contains no fat, or lactose.

For the testosterone boosters, you can use products that contain Tribulus Terrestris and estrogen blockers such as Novedex or 6-OXO.
