Default Gaining Weight

Hey, for the past two years i told myself that i was buff, and fit. The reality of it was that i was not. I was a skinny guy. I weighed 140 pounds and i was 5'11. I thought I ate a lot but i did not. Recently, I came across a diet called GOMAD. Basically, you are to gradually drink a gallon of milk a day. I can't force myself to drink that much milk so i tried for 1/2 a gallon of milk a day. Keep in mind that I felt it was impossible for me to gain weight. I've been on this milk and resistance workout for 1 and a half months now. At the end of my 11th grade, I weighed 145 pounds. 1 month later, i weigh 165 pounds. My whole family and I were shocked to see this rapid growth in weight. I've been getting more female attention and my friends have noticed my muscle growth. It truly works, you should try it!

P.S. If you don't workout, you will just gain bad weight.

Try to steer clear of jacked in 10th grade, along with all of the intense pre work out drinks. If you want a pre work out go with something more basic like uplift by Beverly, I use Shock thereapy by Universal. The point of those drinks are: to get a good work out, not really for weight gain. Get a good Weight Gainer like Anabolic Muscle by Healthy N Fit of even Pro Complex Gainer if you can find it (I think it was discontinued).
Most of the other supplements will only enheance effects of your protein intake and diet.

Try mhp up your mass product for your wight gainer supplement product to pack on lean mass. I have used it about 3 months and pack on 15lbs of pure lean mass combined with your diet and training program.

Yes, you can use Creatine as it is a extremely popular supplement that serves as an energy reserve in muscle cells. It also creates a better environment inside the muscle for growth.

Default mass gainer

I was in a similar situation to you when trying to put on some size. I took masstadon and went from 165-173. This mass gainer worked better for me then most i would give it a try.
