after consulting with professional athletes i found that every one among five of them recommend jack 3d as muscle gainer. it helps to gain muscle mass in a short time frame.

Plain old monohydrate is much cheaper ... and some say more effective.

On those times, i remember that Green Bulge worked amazingly great for me. My strength and stamina was up and really high around my workouts, i was motivated to workout because of my increases on the bench and others.

I think the best creatine pills are SciFit - Kre-Alkalyn from personal experience. However I do believe that powder is more effective and only take the pills in a pinch.

before anything else, i mean taking all those kinds of pills better as your personal doctor what is good for you. because you wont know the effects as time goes by.

Stick with a simple creatine monohydrate, clean effective and cheap. At your age: if youre trying to gain weight then eat. All day, just eat. If its edible and within arms reach then pick it up and eat it. Of course, with that being said, I would always recommend staying clean on your food choice to make sure its quality gains. But dont be afraid to eat. Food is the most powerful anabolic.

As far as training - go to failure on your sets. Go heavy, low reps, and the last one is a failed rep. Gotta tell your body to adapt to heavy weight by building more muscle.

This is not for muscle gain, its a preworkout to enhance your mood and energize with beta-alanine and mad caffeine. Just throwing that out there.

Gaining Weight

Hey, for the past two years i told myself that i was buff, and fit. The reality of it was that i was not. I was a skinny guy. I weighed 140 pounds and i was 5'11. I thought I ate a lot but i did not. Recently, I came across a diet called GOMAD. Basically, you are to gradually drink a gallon of milk a day. I can't force myself to drink that much milk so i tried for 1/2 a gallon of milk a day. Keep in mind that I felt it was impossible for me to gain weight. I've been on this milk and resistance workout for 1 and a half months now. At the end of my 11th grade, I weighed 145 pounds. 1 month later, i weigh 165 pounds. My whole family and I were shocked to see this rapid growth in weight. I've been getting more female attention and my friends have noticed my muscle growth. It truly works, you should try it!

P.S. If you don't workout, you will just gain bad weight.

Try to steer clear of jacked in 10th grade, along with all of the intense pre work out drinks. If you want a pre work out go with something more basic like uplift by Beverly, I use Shock thereapy by Universal. The point of those drinks are: to get a good work out, not really for weight gain. Get a good Weight Gainer like Anabolic Muscle by Healthy N Fit of even Pro Complex Gainer if you can find it (I think it was discontinued).
Most of the other supplements will only enheance effects of your protein intake and diet.

Try mhp up your mass product for your wight gainer supplement product to pack on lean mass. I have used it about 3 months and pack on 15lbs of pure lean mass combined with your diet and training program.

Yes, you can use Creatine as it is a extremely popular supplement that serves as an energy reserve in muscle cells. It also creates a better environment inside the muscle for growth.

mass gainer

I was in a similar situation to you when trying to put on some size. I took masstadon and went from 165-173. This mass gainer worked better for me then most i would give it a try.
