Does it work? Well it depends on what you mean by work. Are you doing everthing else before thinking about HGH? Start with Protein (min 1g per pound of bodyweight), Glutamin and creatine. You should see results with those alone.
Moving to the next level should be No products and increasing protein with some liver support herbs.
