Hot Rox? or other good cutting....

anybody have experience with Hot Rox? I ran across it searching the net for cutting supplements, someone saying how they switched to it after Pseudoephedrine was pulled and regulated.

I had been taking an OTC decongestant for the past week that had pseudoephedrine in it, and I didn't see this until after I noticed my hunger and craving was curbed along with my appetite and my weight was going back down, and I decided to read the box. Works pretty good, too bad people started abusing it to the point of regulation...

anybody have any other good ones?

What are you looking for, an appetite suppressant or a fat burner?

People weren't abusing it to the point of regulation. A very low number of people died from using it. those people probably had condition which had gone unchecked until it was too late. And they probably shouldn't have been taking them. There WERE warnings on those labels. The government saw another opportunity and stepped in. Remember the prohormone craze of the early/mid 2000's? Same deal. And nobody died from them. And if you want to know who to blame for MUCH of it, look no further than our glorious VP, the once Senetor Joe Biden. He was the head of the panel of Senetors who headed up the regulation on both steroids and the suppliment regulation we see today. Funny how people have forgotten this with all this change we are enjoying.. All this aside. Just get your diet in order and you wont need anything like this.

Really, both. But I have a feeling that is impossible or hard to come by.

Let me correct myself, because I see where I was too general. I was referring to the other "reason" they banned/regulated it, and that was the people buying the stuff in bulk not to take, but to synthesize the ephedrine/pseudoephedrine out of it to make methamphetamine. at least out here in the chicagoland area, that was the reason we were given for the regulation. but with the way politics run around here, I am sure that was just the "banner headline" to their reasoning.

caffeine is an appetite suppressant and it speeds up your metabolism so it does both. It is just that there is no magical supplement out there that can do these extremely well at the same time in my opinion. Without supplements, you can drink a lot of water to reduce your appetite throughout the day and do more cardio/weights to burn fat. Supplements for fat loss aren't really necessary.

I gotcha compudude86 and I am sure that the meth issue did factor into it in some way. I just drink coffee myself. LOVE the stuff! I'm very lucky though in that I can drink the stuff and it doesn't keep me awake. I guess that's good and bad though because it doesn't help at all if I drink it to keep me awake.

All good answering. I say clean up your diet. Don't worry about thermogenic fat burners.
