How and when i should take those supplement
i got the below supplement and i need you advice to how to take them and what time
1- NO Xplode
7- Fish Oil
8- Multi Vitamin

The really important thing is to eat properly. Supplements are not important at the beginning.
get rid of the n.o. xplode be your best bet
7 and 8 are the only ones you need. the rest are garbage except for xtend...which does come in handy :) but it's not a necessity.
Dont they have directions on the jugs ?
1- NO Xplode - Dont know , read.
2- SizeON - Don't know , read.
3- XTend - all day
4- TrueMass - Not sure , read the jug.
5- Synitha-6 - pre/post workout
7- Fish Oil - All day with meals ( maybe 6 caps )
8- Multi Vitamin - First thing in the morning , but it doesn't matter.
9- Glutamin - Don't , xtend has enough in it.
Doesn't it say for any on the container?????
